Dr. Noel Tenenbaum
Dr. Noel Tenenbaum of Dr. Noel Tenenbaum, M.D.P.A. is a leader in cost-effective, limited-incision cosmetic surgery and emphasizes minimal recovery times. He graduated cum laude from Union College in Schenectady, New York, with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. He attended and graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1986 as a surgery major.
Dr. Tenenbaum is a University of Michigan-trained plastic surgeon and did an aesthetic fellowship with world-renowned plastic surgeon Daniel Marchac MD in Paris. His senior research project was in the growth and transfer of fat cells in rabbits for the reconstruction of soft tissue deformities. Dr. Tenenbaum is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and specializes in Smartlipo Triplex laser-assisted liposuction, along with all aspects of aesthetic facial and breast surgery. He has performed over 3,000 Smartlipo procedures. Most importantly, Dr. Tenenbaum has no malpractice claims or pending cases.
Education
Dr. Tenenbaum completed his 5 year General Surgery residency in 1991 at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. This is a teaching center for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He received awards for outstanding research in 1989 and 1990. In 1991 Dr. Tenenbaum received the Resident of the Year award. He subsequently became Board Certified by the American Board Of Surgery.
In 1993, Dr. Tenenbaum completed his Plastic and Reconstructive residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The University of Michigan is a leading teaching institution for plastic surgery in the United States and Dr. Tenenbaum co-authored 2 Plastic Surgery text book chapters while in this residency program. Dr. Tenenbaum was subsequently awarded Fellowship training in Aesthetic and Craniofacial Surgery with world renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Marchac in Paris, France. After completing this 6 month fellowship, Dr. Tenenbaum returned to the United States and became Board Certified by the American Board Of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Tenenbaum has published 13 scientific papers and has been in solo plastic surgery practice in Palm Harbor, Fl since 1995.

Dr. Noel Tenenbaum's goal is to be the gold standard for plastic surgery care in the Tampa Bay community, featuring courteous staff, timely service, and the ability to listen to the patient's goals and expectations while also providing superior surgical results and diligent postoperative care.
Memberships
As a former section head of plastic surgery, Dr. Tenenbaum continues as a member of the Morton Plant Hospital surgical staff. Dr. Tenenbaum is an active member of the Reed O.
